Meet Jess, an avid food lover, experienced fitness trainer, and soon-to-be registered dietitian hailing from Los Angeles, California. Jess’s journey to fitness began when she was a college student at UC Berkeley where she became a personal trainer and received her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science - Physiology and Metabolism. Since then, Jess has recently delved deeper into the realm of nutritional science, successfully completing her master's degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity at the University of Southern California. Currently, she is preparing to take her board-certified exam to become a registered dietitian.
Jess adopts a holistic approach to wellness, ensuring that her clients not only prioritize their health but also find enjoyment in their journey. Her vibrant attitude and comprehensive outlook on a healthy lifestyle have sparked great enthusiasm at TAP, leading to an exciting new partnership. With a diverse background working with various clients in different settings, including college and grad students, new moms, the working population, and even collegiate and aspiring professional athletes, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
Specializing in sports nutrition, Jess's primary goal is to empower athletes of all levels and enable them to reach their peak performance, whether they are engaging in competitive sports or simply embracing an active lifestyle as weekend warriors. She possesses a natural ability to connect with people, making her approachable and able to foster meaningful communication with her clients. For Jess, the key is not only achieving results but also highlighting the importance of long-term sustainability in her clients' lives. With this mindset, she is dedicated to helping her clients cultivate sustainable exercise and nutrition habits that align with their goals, ensuring lasting and meaningful transformations.
